Superior Energy and Control was able to partner with a large national retail client to manage a multi-state, multi-location roll out of Energy Efficient LED lighting. This program highlighted our ability to manage many teams working in concurrent states to effectively execute this retrofit well below budget and on time. Utilizing our Superior technology we were also able to broaden the Scope of Work for the program and collect audit data for two future programs while completing our work.
