Michael has over 20 years of experience in the lighting and controls business.  He learned the business from the ground up and has a unique perspective of business that comes from understanding how projects work financially, technically and practically.  Michael founded SEC after many years with Sylvania Lighting Services and is dedicated to building a business that puts our client's needs first by emphasizing core values and team culture.

James Colontoni
General Manager

James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and has over 28 years experience in the lighting industry with Sylvania Lighting Services.  He held several positions during this time including National Operations Manager before retiring in September, 2008.  While NOM he was directly responsible for all Branch Operations across the country including over 800+ employees.  Jame's expertise and experience have contributed to Superior Energy and Controls growth, and our teams level of performance.
